Conditions for registration and hotel reservation

Registration details
The registration fee for conference participants includes:
-Four days conference including lunches and coffee breaks.
-Electronic or hard copy of the Conference Abstracts and Proceedings.
-All meeting materials (schedules, handouts, etc).

Accommodation
A limited number of rooms has been reserved for CCB2010 at the conference venue, Rica Nidelven Hotel. These rooms are available through VIA Travel Tvete Arrangement and one night’s deposit must be paid along with conference fees.

Registration, confirmation and payment online
All registrations and hotel deposit are to be made online via secure web site of the CCB2010/VIA Travel Tvete Arrangement here. You will automatically receive an e-mail with confirmation and valid receipt of paid amount.

Please note that registration and hotel reservation is not valid before payment is done.
You have to be registered as a conference participant and paid registration fee before you can send an abstract. See registration scheme for more information.

The secure online payment system accepts all major credit cards as Master, VISA, AMEX and Diners.

Deadline for online registration is 26 February, 2010.

Early registration is encouraged before 15 January, 2010.
The registration fee is
NOK 3 400 (approximately USD 600*) includes coffee and lunches
NOK 4 600 (approximately USD 820*) includes coffee and lunches and 2 dinners with 2 glasses of wine/beer/soft drinks.

After 15 January, the registration fee is
NOK 4 400 (approximately USD 785*) includes coffee and lunches
NOK 5 600 (approximately USD 998*) includes coffee and lunches and 2 dinners with 2 glasses of wine/beer/soft drinks.

After 26 February, all registrations will be processed on-site and the fee for online registration is
NOK 5 400 (approximately USD 963*) includes coffee and lunches
NOK 6 600 (approximately USD 1177*) includes coffee and lunches and 2 dinners with 2 glasses of wine/beer/soft drinks.

Students invited by NTNU
Students invited by NTNU can take part in the four days conference including lunch each day. They may also participate in the municipal reception at the Cathedral. For student registration please your the link 'Registration and Hotel booking'.

Cancellation Policy
CCB2010 holds one uniform cancellation policy for the registration fee and hotel booking all alike.

Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations must be made directly by e-mail to VIA Travel Tvete Arrangement.
There is a cancellation charge of NOK 250 which will be deducted from the refund until 14.01.2010.
Cancellations between 15.01. and 26.02.2010  50% of the participant fee will be charged. Refund of the hotel deposit.
No refund for cancellation later than 27 February, 2010 and no-show.

Liability
The organizers cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to personal effects of any conference participants. Everyone is advised to make their own arrangements for insurance of personal effects and medical costs. Certain insurances may also cover cancellation fees. Check with your local travel agent. Furthermore, the organizers cannot be held liable for any claim arising from breach of contract by suppliers etc., or by situations of force majeure. By organizers here are referred to the CCB2010 and VIA Travel Tvete Arrangement, all in different capacities of the organization of the conference.
